2018 Syrah

Dark, deep, purple-hued black-red colour,.  A bouque of purple viotlets, boysenberries and Raspberry notes of dried herb the nose is fragrant and aromatic.  A Medium-bodied wine, the palate is rounded with gently rich and softly mouthfilling flavours of Boysenberries along with savoury dense Raspberry, black pepper, dark herb and mineral elements.  The fruit is underlined by soft, supple tannin extraction and ripe acidity.  The wine flows smoothly to a light finish of black fruits, pepper and herbs.  This is a soft, supple-textured Syrah with blackberry and black peppery fruit with savoury herb and mineral layers.
